What we're looking for:
- You coordinate and control all processes in first level support and keep your colleagues informed about current information, updates and problems.
- You take care of incoming inquiries, categorising them and already help your colleagues with first assistance if possible.
- You analyse and prioritise all kinds of requests in direct cooperation with our product management and development departments and document results for our users and colleagues.
- If necessary, you will write descriptive tickets with possible initial assessment for passing on to developers or other internal positions.
- In a best case scenario, you already have a basic interest in our key focus area (marketing), you are a good communicator and you have high quality standards.
- You like to work systematically, think in a solution-oriented way and enjoy using your analytical skills in collaboration with your colleagues.
- You have already gained experience in first level support or application support? Great!
- You are full of ideas and drive, you are courageous and you are ready to embrace change - you are bored with stagnation.
- An analytical, well-structured and implementation-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
- You are proficient in the English language
