Working at esome - teamwork, responsibility & development

esome unites colleagues with very different backgrounds. The variety creates a lot of diversification within the teams - what connects us are the joy of furthering projects, our ambission to always be up to date and consent to put the team first. 

The dynamic of our industry requires us to always be informed about innovations, to think out of the box and to always keep on learning. To bear this challenge, we developed a comprehensive onboarding concept which we enhance steadily and we founded the "esome academy" to school our team weekly.

We stimulate the exchange within the teams through Knowledge Management Meetings, a distinct feedback culture, a weekly company-wide Jour-Fixe and multiple projects in which we work on further ideas to develop the interexchange in a team-overarching setup. 

To give every esomie the chance to advance themselves continuously, we offer quartely reviews as well as a yearly review in which everyone has the chance to agree on expectations and potentials of development with their teamleads. Furthermore we have regular team meetings, operative reviews and Q&A sessions on selected topics to support the advancement. 

But what does a challenging and great job matter without a great team? All of our colleagues strongly believe to work in the best team at esome. Whatever team you may start in, everyone cares about treating one another respectfully, acknowledging the opinion of others, giving everyone the chance to get involved and about laughing togehter. We have each other's back and you will always find an open door to ask any question that might come up - from colleagues of other divisions to managing directors.

Besides that we like to spend time together outside from work, which is possible by implementing team and sport events, our summer and Christmas parties as well as the friday get-together for a beer at the office.
